Welcome to StepFreely. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

StepFreely sells custom orthotic insoles made from individual foot impressions. Because each pair is custom made from your individual foot impression, we are unable to cancel or refund orders once production of your orthotics has begun. If you need to cancel after your kit has been received but before production has started, contact us immediately at nick@stepfreely.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

Your impression kit must be completed and returned within 60 days of your order. After 60 days, uncompleted kits will be considered forfeited and no refund will be issued. If you need extra time for any reason, just reach out and we'll work with you.

We stand behind our product with a 30-day money back guarantee and a 90-day free remake policy, both measured from the date your orthotics are delivered. Full details are available in our Return and Refund Policy.

The content on this website including images, copy, and design is the property of StepFreely and may not be reproduced or used without permission. We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products beyond what is covered under our guarantee.
