Shipping policy

All StepFreely orders ship free. No minimums, no exceptions.

Because your orthotics are custom made from your foot impressions, your order ships in two parts. First, your impression kit ships within 1–2 business days of your order and typically arrives within 2–3 business days. Inside the box you'll find everything you need including a prepaid return label — there's no cost to send it back. Once you've made your impressions and dropped the kit off at any UPS or USPS location, our team gets to work on your custom pair.

After we receive your kit, please allow 14–21 business days for your orthotics to be crafted and delivered. You'll receive a tracking number by email for both shipments, so you always know where your order stands.

We currently ship within the United States only. If your package hasn't moved in more than 5 business days, reach out to us at nick@stepfreely.com and we'll look into it right away.
